Has anyone else been having weird things happen to them on this board? Sometimes I get a weird "forbidden" error, and sometimes it seems like my posts won't take so I end up clicking too many times ... Is it just me?

However, I have not experienced error messages. When you receive an error messages again, could you copy and paste it into an email and send it to me?

Does the board speed seem any faster to you (say in the past five minutes)?

I have the problem of it being really slow. I have a really slow internet connection but this board takes A LOT longer to load than other boards. I've waited 5 minutes for some of my posts just to go through.

actually i'm having problems with the board too. it's always very slow for me to post things on the board on this profile, but if i go on a friends, its faster.

i dont get it.

Nothing specific, but all my browsers time out before the search comes through. The progress bar doesn't make it a 1/8th of the way to start searching.

I dont know if its my computer or ? Sorry for the double posts when I try to post. I literally will go upstairs and come down 15 min later and its still on my post with the windows flag moving. So I'll just push the stop button on ie and when I go to the topic my post is there but there twice. But its like it never went thru in the first place. I dont know whats goin on. Embarassed

Its not you. It's the slowass board. Apparently, they're fixing it. In the meantime, if you're not sure if your post went through, I would open a sexond instance of your web browser and check the board to see if your post is there.

The message boards [main and team] are hosted on www.charlotteteam.com. The server is currently being moved to a new domain. Once the server is successfully moved all board problems should be resolved.

It is important that you keep us updated on the problems you encounter. The more information we can pass along to the webmaster; the better.

This is truly weird. I made a post on the "who are you going to vote for" thread, decided I didn't like it, tried to remove it, and it removed the entire thread, even though I shouldn't be able to do that. I can't see the thread at all.

Update: never mind, it's there again. I looked it up in the history of all the posts I've made, and as soon as I displayed the thread it reappeared in the index. I think I saw a phpBB bug. I did, I did saw a phpBB bug.

The main board is officially on the new server. Smile

The team board and team web site are also in the process of being moved.
